If you didn’t sign up last year for the Electoral Roll, yet you would like to be, and you physically attended a service at Centre, South or Holy Spirit in the last six months, you are considered eligible to join the roll. In that case you can choose to enroll by using the digital form on our appor by completing this PDF form, print it, fill it in and sign it, scan it – or make a picture of it – and return it to the Electoral Roll Officer at ero@christchurch.nl.
